CNC milling in Budapest

CNC milling for one-off and series components in Budapest, at our District X workshop, from technical drawings or 3D models.

CNC milling uses a rotating tool to create surfaces, slots and holes in a workpiece. A quotation for a custom component or repeat batch requires a review of workholding, critical dimensions and surface requirements as well as the finished geometry. The drawing defines the machine and machining strategy to consider.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions before you request a quote.

What should I send with a CNC milling enquiry?

A technical drawing or 3D model (for example STEP, IGES, DWG or PDF), the material grade, quantity, critical tolerances and requested delivery date. We use these to agree the machining approach and the price.

Do you mill one-off parts or only batches?

You can request single components, prototypes and repeat batches. Quantity affects workholding, programming and price, so please include it in your enquiry.

What kinds of parts are made by CNC milling?

Parts with flat faces, slots, pockets and holes, such as housings, structural elements, and tooling or fixture components. If the part also has turned features, let us know so both operations can be planned together.
